More Than Furniture: Offering Hope and Support Through Every Delivery

Furniture remains the most requested items through our Connection Center. Our Furniture Ministry teams take special care to clean, repair, and select furniture for each neighbor based on the information collected by our Intake Specialists.

Recently, a woman received a delivery and shared additional information about her story. This neighbor’s first language is Spanish, and she is working hard to learn how to read and write English as well. She works the third shift to support her children while her husband struggles due to lack of legal documents. Our team offered to look into English classes and prayed for her. Previously, our Love Buckets Ministry had visited with her as well.

Everyone was encouraged by this woman’s strength and perseverance as she struggles to provide for her family. She has great drive to succeed, and our volunteers were touched by her story and her endurance through difficulty. We look forward to continuing our relationship with her so that we can encourage her to live her life fully and abundantly. May God be glorified!
