On April 18th from 9:30am–12:30pm, we will be gathering at Hope Church in Sheboygan for the Cost of Poverty Experience (COPE), and we invite you to be part of it.
COPE is a three-hour immersive simulation that allows participants to step into the lived experience of families navigating poverty. Developed with the insight and voice of those who have personally experienced poverty, this training helps communities move from assumptions to understanding.
Together, we will:
Explore the human and systemic impacts of poverty
Reflect on how our current practices either help or hinder
Consider how we can better partner with individuals and families for sustainable change
This experience fosters empathy, challenges perspectives, and equips participants to respond more effectively within their roles and organizations.
We hope you will join us for this meaningful and eye-opening event.
Please let us know if you are able to attend. We would be honored to have you with us. Please register now by clicking the link below.
